Buildings and Landmarks

I have always been fascinated by the strong and imposing shape of high rises, and that is what I have tried to capture here. An intimidating vision of man made mountains. Here I used the black and white filter and darkened the shadows to further enunciate their staggeringly huge figure. On the other half of the photos, I took a different approach. I wanted to see the vibrancy of the surrounding nature whether it be water, flora or even the sky. The contrast provides a striking beauty about the buildings and even a softness in some!
