Photography Policies & Terms

1. Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled session (see below).

    • For small sessions (£50-£150): 30% deposit

    • For mid-range sessions (£150-£400): 40% deposit

    • For large sessions (£400+

    • ): 50% deposit

  • The remaining balance must be paid:

    • For portrait/lifestyle sessions: On the day of the shoot (before starting).

    • For event photography & large projects: At least 3-7 days before the shoot.

  • For extra product orders (prints/canvases), full payment is required upfront.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will result in the loss of the deposit.

  • In case of bad weather for outdoor shoots, we will reschedule at no extra cost.

3. Session Policies

  • Clients must arrive on time for their session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.

  • If a client is more than 30 minutes late, the session may be cancelled without a refund.

  • Outfit changes are allowed within the booked session time.

4. Editing & Delivery

  • Portrait & Lifestyle Sessions:

    • Standard editing (natural retouching etc.): 5-7 days

    • Advanced retouching (skin smoothing etc.): 7-14 days

  • Event Photography:

    • Small events (birthdays, graduations, etc.): 7-10 days

    • Large events (weddings, corporate functions, etc.): 2-4 weeks

  • Print & Product Delivery: Physical prints/canvases depend on the lab's processing time, usually 7-14 days after image selection and full payment.

5. Image Use & Copyright

  • I retain the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio, website, or marketing purposes.

  • If you wish to keep your images private, please inform me in writing before the shoot.

  • Clients may use the images for personal use but may not sell or edit them without permission.

6. Print & Product Orders

  • All prints and canvases are ordered through a trusted professional lab.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded or changed as products are custom-made.

  • Allow 7-14 days for print delivery.

7. Liability

  • While I take great care to deliver high-quality images, I am not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, weather, or client dissatisfaction with personal appearance).

  • If I am unable to attend due to illness or emergency, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

8. Agreement

  • By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
