WATER LANDSCAPES
With this project, I put together my favourite photos of water that I have taken and through them I wanted to capture the serenity of the sea! I wanted to lean in into the blueness of water and increased saturation on the pictures, therefore bringing out the sensuality and attractiveness of the sea. I want the viewer to look at these pictures and think “I want to go on holiday!”
In this project, I tried to depict black women in a warm and calm light. I wanted to showcase an element of softness and and bring forth a soothing energy from my subjects. To do this I increased the warm in all the pictures
This was my cousin’s bridal shower and I was asked to take her photos. Here I focused on using direct flash to give the photos a pop aligning with her bubbly mood at the surprise party!
Welcome to another of my photography projects. This collection showcases stunning and diverse images of natural landscapes, wildlife, and flora from around the world. My goal with this project is to highlight the beauty of nature.
Welcome to the Live Performance project, where I showcase images of various stage and theatre productions. My project highlights the art and creativity of live performances, capturing the essence of each production in stunning photographs. I aim to provide a visual platform for both seasoned performers and newcomers to the stage, celebrating the diverse and dynamic world of stage.
Next architecture! I have always been fascinated by the strong and imposing shape of high rises, and that is what I have tried to capture here. An intimidating vision of man made mountains. Here I used the black and white filter and darkened the shadows to further enunciate their staggeringly huge figure. I then took a different approach to the other half of the photos. I wanted to see the vibrancy of the sky or surrounding nature whether it be water or flora. The contrast provides a striking beauty about the buildings and even a softness in some!
Here are a few of my favourite shots that I can't categorise. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
